SELLING CONDITIONS 
 
The bids for the wood are in EUR/m3 netto confirmed with a signature of the bidder.
All wood is offered at the auction place in Slovenj Gradec
For the bids added blank forms should be used.
Every bid could be offered once without any modification

The bids are expected until 10:00 o'clock, 4th of February (reached by the post or personally to the auction commission)
The address is: Gozdarska zadruga Slovenj Gradec, z.o.o., Celjska cesta 7, SI-2380 Slovenj Gradec with an inscription:

The opening of the bids will take place in RESTAURANT MURKO, Francetova 24, Slovenj Gradec, on 4th February at 10:00 o'clock.
 
Every bidder must agree with selling conditions. Later complaints are not possible.
It is expected that all wood has been viewed at the auction place, after the deal is closed no complaints are possible.
In the case of two equally bids, the commission performs a draw.
NEW: BIDS IN VALUE UNDER 70€/m3 ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Buyers can get the results on the bidder opening on 4th February or by post in five days after opening.
The best bids (without data of buyers and seller) will be announced on www.slovenski-gozdovi.org
 
 
Payment of logs must be carried out before carting away (the proof is a bank certificate, confirmation or warranty).

The participation of organisation costs for each customer adds up to 10€/ m3
With paying organisation costs the buying of wood becomes legally obligatory. The day of sale is 4th February 2018. 
For smoothly carting away the wood is collected for each buyer.
The seller is Forest owners association of Slovenia, the statement of account is carried out by TIAMA d.o.o.,
Podgorje 75, 2381 Podgorje pri Slovenj Gradcu 
Carting away must be notified at least one day before. Carting away can be carried out between 17th February and 7st March.
If  buyer do not remove the wood according to term, penalty of 5 EUR/m3 per day should be paid.
Eventual conflicts are solved by the District court in Slovenj Gradec
